Early worsening predicts poor fluoxetine response

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - A worsening of symptoms soon after starting the antidepressant fluoxetine (Prozac) suggests that the drug is unlikely to have a lasting beneficial effect, according to findings published in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry.

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Obesity and a common sleep problem called obstructive sleep apnea may raise the risk of atrial fibrillation, a rapid, irregular heartbeat that increases the risk of stroke, according to a report in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
